If your child already knows his letters well, then the next step is the sounds of the alphabet and building vocabulary. These beginning sound clipcards are super easy to prep. It helps develop literacy as well as fine motor skills.

Set It Up

other form of marking the correct answer -

Below are the supplies I use personally at home. After doing so many printable activities, I’ve found that it’s most helpful to always have these basic supplies on hand.

Start It Up
These beginning sound clipcards are the next step after learning the letters of the alphabet.
Simply print out the pages and cut them up into individual cards then ask your child to match the beginning sound and the image.

Clipcards are great because you can prep them once and use them time and time again especially once they are laminated and durable. They make a great file folder activity. You could pair up this literacy activity with my Spring Counting Clipcards.
